Effect of Ammivisnagawater Extract Compared to Proximol (Halfa Bar Extract) in Treatment of induced Renal Lithiasis in a Mature Female Rabbit

This study aimedat investigating comparing both Ammivisnaga Halfa-barextracts their antiurolithicactivityusing a mature female rabbit. Forty-two rabbits randomly divided into four groups.Group A negativecontrol, group Bpositive control (chemically induced urolithiasis),group Clike B but treated withAmmivisnaga extract 5 ml orally twice daily 2 weeks Dlike with Proximol(Halfa Bar extract) also.GC-MS analysis alcoholic AmmiVisnagarevealed detection main alkaloids Khellin, Visnagin, adulicin enidimine, withothercompoundsinlower quantity. The results show that lithiasis 14 days 21 showedclear body weight loss, higher consumption drinking water increased morning urine excretion. Inaddition to significant increase blood urea, uric acid, serum creatinine calcium levels.After daysof treatment AmmiVisnaga proximol we noticed reversed loss overcomelow calcium. Furthermore,urinary lithiasisgroups showed clearcrystallization compared samples, after andproximol extracts, there was nearly clearance disappearance crystals from urine.In conclusion, Proximol are safe good diuretic herbs causes improvement bodyweight, high amelioration kidney function untreated group.
